BRIDGE SESSIONS: Sustaining a Creative Career

Hosted at Our Big Picture in Grimsby, this workshop focused on sustaining a creative career with artist Annabel McCourt sharing her experience of building and maintaining an inspiring and successful practice.

The session explored key topics including funding applications, developing project ideas and navigating the realities of a creative career. Annabel offered honest and practical insight into her journey, giving participants a clearer understanding of both the challenges and opportunities within the sector.

We brought together a diverse group of photographers and artists, creating a supportive environment for discussion, learning and exchange. There was plenty of opportunity for participants to ask questions, share experiences and reflect on their own ambitions as they move through their own careers.

This session was both informative and motivating, equipping attendees with knowledge and confidence to take the next steps in their practice.
